The Challenge: Our partner builder was hired to refinish over 7,000 square feet of existing hardwood flooring. As if the scuffed finish, deep gashes, and sheer size weren’t enough of a challenge, there was the added glitch of a tight schedule. Inevitably, it needed to be done yesterday.

With a well-managed, cooperative team on site in a matter of hours, Synergistic worked around the clock to sand and refinish with the greatest of care and dizzying speed.

The Result: In a feat worth trumpeting, Synergistic helped restore 7,000 square feet of hardwood to its rightful gleam. But beyond that, our team helped the builders get back on track with their construction schedule which, in turn, made their clients simply beam.
